The Hollicombe is our newest single home design. Perfect for retirement or holiday living – a perfect Hybrid. This contemporary lodge is set apart by its luxurious features and modern style.
The name-based upon a beach in the southwest, synonymous with holiday breaks and getaways for holidaymakers up and down the country. With its distinctive red sand backed by tall cliffs it’s a sunbather’s paradise… so too is this latest design. Don’t be mistaken however, The Holcombe is far from the traditional coastal design you would expect.
The Hollicombe is a beautifully finished home, ideal for a relaxing retirement or indeed holiday living. Full height panoramic windows and French doors flood the living area with natural light. The interior represents modern living at its very best.
Externally, the residential standard home is cladded with a sandy CanExcel, attributed to the beach of its conception. With little maintenance, the Canadian cladding is a practical & eye-pleasing finish. Internally, the colour scheme throughout the home gives an open and spacious feel with the use of pale greys, burnt oranges and sandy tones throughout. The curtains, combined with Venetian blinds are a complimentary colour to the walls, which adds to this roomy ambience. This provides the character of the home, which screams luxury without being over complicated using the clever layout and modern, fresh colours
The Hollicombe’s galley kitchen is affixed with integrated units such as a fridge freezer and dishwasher allowing for space contributing to the kitchens contemporary design. Sticking with the pastel grey theme the units look light and spacious, accompanied by gold handles that emphasise the luxury and elegance of the home.
When you eventually reach the end of the fully stocked, and thoughtfully designed kitchen, the room leads out to the open plan lounge/dining area. Utilising the light and space and combining it with character and personality the lounge area is full of features. From the Quartz top dining table to the three-light brass finish ceiling pendant, you will find luxurious elements through every inch of this home. The lounge area benefits from full-length French doors where the natural light engulfs the room, providing the perfect accentuating lighting for the velvet three-seater sofa.
Everything about the Hollicombe exudes a real sense of comfort and elegance. The two bedrooms are fully fitted with stylish co-ordinated bed linen, headboards and curtains with a half-tiled shower room leading off the master suite. The main bathroom draws immediate attention to the walk-in shower which is the full length of the room.
The Master Bedroom comes fully equipped with mirrors and stools for the dressing area. With a full fixed headboard, the area looks calming and contrasting with splashes of colour in the soft furnishings. A built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom & shower unit complete the room.
The twin bedroom has two built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage as well as its own dressing area. Feature panelling walls behind the bed add texture and create a soft backdrop.
Outside the extended roof gives the exterior of the Home real depth. All in all, the Hollicombe is a home from home, for relaxing days, peaceful nights, and years of happy living!
