It’s volume two of the World of Park and Home Leisure Show!
This edition is at Stoneleigh and as expected, we have have some amazing homes up our sleeve; this year will feature a beautiful selection of 6 incredible Pathfinder Homes.
We can’t wait to show you around!
The redesigned and utterly beautiful Silverton is a home you simply do not want to miss. With it’s fusion of organic and industrial design; the soft colour of its cedar cladding is brought to life with the grey slate style pitched roof, creating a home with impressive looks that will sit happily in any surrounding. Picture windows, two sets of sliding doors and roof windows ensure the open-plan living area is a bright, welcoming space. Smooth wood flooring brings a natural feel to the Silverton which although finished in a clean, modern fashion, is a home which lends itself to comfy days and cosy nights
Pathfinder Homes will also be bringing with them our industry first- the Original mono-pitch, center lounge – The Hawthorne. With a bespoke interior based on the La Belle, this Hawthorne, built for the serene Grange Park, in North Lincolnshire. This design changed the game when it was first built, being the first center-lounge home on the market and arguably the most impressive to date. This lodge is a beautiful combination of the ground-breaking design of the Hawthorne and the immaculate interior of the re-designed La Belle Maison.
Partnering with Dinas Cross Country Club, Pathfinder Homes has created a one of a kind lodge, taking inspiration from every home they’ve produced previously – This home has been designed to be animal friendly & focused, it is certainly a home that all can enjoy from the 2-legged to the 4-legged!
This home just oozes modern design. It’s huge open plan kitchen/diner area means you’ll have ample space to entertain, and also enjoy those cozy nights in. Featuring another Pathfinder Homes industry first, this lodge is simply incredible, there is a full underfloor heated wet room that is part of the built in entrance/utility room.
The Retreat, designed for the luxurious John Romans Park, is a statement Pathfinder Home, it combines a sense of elegance and comfort, with its rustic features creating, quite literally, a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the real world. This home is a perfect blend of class and sophistication, without looking out of place surrounded by country side.
The Retreat uses a clever combination of unfurnished style wood and red brick throughout to create a handcrafted and tranquil environment, whilst managing not to compromise on style. As soon as you enter the home you are greeted by a carefully placed storage bench, perfect for slipping off your wellies after a long woodland walk, before heading into the living come dining room, and settling down in front of the feature fireplace. The interior of the communal living area is adorned with luxuriously rustic features, from the unfinished wooden beam across the ceiling to the red brick surrounding the fireplace. These organic traits are complemented beautifully by the clean off white carpets, smooth pale wood counter top & deep ceramic white sink creating a space which is both cozy and spacious. The French windows, covering both the width and height of the home allow for an abundance of natural light to flow in.
Recently re-imagined, the Tuscany Lodge brings you that rustic, getaway feel where all stresses are relieved and quality time is captured. This Tuscany has a light and breezy feel with a modern yet cozy twist. It is one of our best selling lodges and you can easily see why.
Arriving in the Tuscany, you are greeted by 2 luscious, deep sofas, a traditional cream electric wood burning stove sitting on a décor ceramic tile hearth and a wooden scandi-style coffee table to put your feet up with a ‘nightcap’ after an invigorating day out exploring the landscape. The furniture is arranged in the perfect set-up to get lost in a book, exposed to the views with the French doors wide open allowing the late afternoon light to pour in. This lodge is going to look amazing nestled in the beautiful Lakeside resort of Lake District estates. Just imagine those big windows looking out over the incredible vista that is the Lake District!
Rounding off the Pathfinder Homes momentous display, they have another astounding custom lodge, this time built only for the peaceful Hampshire park that is Shorefields Country Park. This is home features the same ground-breaking center lounge that the Hawthrone featured, and with a luscious double bedroom at either end, each with their own en suite, this home is something to be seen. Light floods in from every angle in this home, with a huge patio door at the back of the home you could spend the whole day reading on the sofas, allowing you to sit and enjoy a misty Hampshire sunrise to a deep colorful sunset with a bottle of wine & a good film.
