You may or may not already be a bit of a book worm, but it is always a good idea to get yourself engrossed in a book. You can always start to make your way through the best sellers list. You may even find a gripping series that you find you can’t put down and start picking up the next book.
- Homing your chef skills
This second lockdown can be the perfect opportunity to try your hand at new recipes, creating culinary delights to add to your repertoire. There are so many different meals that you can cook. To start why not pick up a local cookery book online or recreate your favourite restaurant’s dishes.
- Taking up a new hobby
If you didn’t quite manage to get to that new skill that you decided to try and master during the first lockdown this year, you now have a second chance before 2020 is over.
With the night’s drawing in and the appeal of stepping outside during the cold and wet weather dwindling you may find yourself wanting to take up a new hobby. Ideas for a new a hobby can include: learning the basics of a new instrument, trying your hand at coding, learning a new language or even taking up knitting and various other arts and crafts.
