You will also need Electricity, Water & Gas connected to your Lodge. We recommend that you contact local tradesmen to quote for this as soon as you can, most Gas is provided via bottles/tank as LPG. We can provide the load required for Electricity.

Your new lodge will need to sit on a concrete base made up of 6inchs (150mm) of hard core, topped with 6 inches (150mm) of concrete. This of course, will have all of the relevant infrastructures.

Please Note: The Pathfinder Homes planning service is offered complimentary! Under the agreement, the applicant proceeds to purchase a Pathfinder Home for the detailed land address. Although a £1000 commitment fee is required at time of your own land application, (this is credited against the purchase of the home). The specification & plan must be approved and signed off within 90 days of planning being granted with or without conditions. A further £4000 fee will be applied to the applicant if the home order is not submitted within 90 days of planning being granted.
