At Pathfinder Homes we not only design and build beautiful lodges and park homes, we also create modular buildings, designed to our customers’ specific requirements. No job is ever too big or small; our aim is to simply make the absolute best of your space.

We have worked with leading leisure partners, schools, businesses and customers looking to add to their own land. Our modular buildings vary from project to project including work on community hubs, offices, toilet blocks & marketing suites.

We listen to your ideas and requirements, and we create something that will serve you equally as well as a bricks and mortar building.

Below are a number of our completed projects

Red Deer Village

Red Deer Village was looking for a building that could be used as a both a community hub and a sales suite. They wanted a comfortable space where their residents could socialise and relax together, but which could also be used by the sales team when speaking to potential buyers.

After receiving a brief from Red Deer Village, our CAD team designed options around their specifications, using their skills and knowledge to add their own beneficial ideas. Our technical team sourced all the relevant materials to ensure that the building was created to the highest standards, whilst not compromising on quality and ensuring it met the customer’s needs as closely as possible.

On completion of the build, the building was transported in four separate sections all the way up to Bonnie Scotland from our HQ in Devon. A third party team sited it at the park and joined the sections together. Finally, three members of our aftercare team travelled to Scotland to finish the building, ready for the opening day (which you can read about here).
