Kitchen/Dining Area

The industry first split level design in the Kitchen begins with under light steps that are sensor operated, these fill the kitchen with warm light in the evening. The room provides a break in the large open plan kitchen /dining area that gives the space a new breath of life. The large kitchen features built-in appliances with eye-level oven & microwave. The gloss slate-grey kitchen units with copper handles, solid bamboo worktops. The pure white tiling on the walls are all enhanced with the new Velux window that floods the kitchen space with Natural light. The kitchen area also leads out onto a private outside space with a living wall and room enough for two or more to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the sunrise.

The Lounge

The Lounge is a comfortable and luxurious space that is perfectly expressed through the hand-picked furniture and colour scheme, it is also available on a split level. The plush two-seater sofa is brilliantly matched with two arm chairs all covered in a super-soft velvet. The fully glazed sliding porch door allows you to sit and enjoy the ever-changing vista without feeling the cold of the British winter. Or lets you enjoy the warm summer breeze during the warmer months. There is also a dining space fit for 4 people, with beautifully selected furniture.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

This spectacular home is fit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along the centre hall. The first of which is a cosy twin bed room with the same styling that is found in the lounge and kitchen. A centre industrial light provides warmth, in the choice of bedding and accompanying accessories. Both beds have charging ports appropriately placed to cancel-out your charging worries.

The bathroom directly opposite the twin room is a spacious and gracious space that give you a sense of serenity whilst enjoying a luxurious soak in the freestanding bathtub. The flawless bathroom is completed with a freestanding sink & large mirror that and still hints at the overall feel of the home with gorgeous lamp-lights either side of the mirror.

The master bedroom meets all the expectations that the rest of the home promises. Just like the kitchen, this room features a split level down to the bed itself, giving a new feel to the traditional bedroom. It again follows along the beautiful design of the rest of the home with a deep teal feature wall behind the bed & industrial lights again pull the design together. The bed sits opposite two French doors that grant access to beautiful morning views and cosy sunsets. Moving up the two steps you are greeted by two rooms, a decedent and rich en-suite and a full size walk-in wardrobe. The walk-in wardrobe features a dressing area with wall-width mirror that is accompanied with a set of rustic drawers, leading onto a spacious, hanging area for your clothes.

The en-suite has the same graciousness and pristine design that the bathroom features. It includes a waterfall shower, pristine white floor tiles and a deep teal tiling scheme in the shower itself.

The space is perfectly tied together with the small, intricate details that make this a home.
