The Tourism & Hospitality Resilience Award will recognise businesses within the tourism and hospitality industry that have demonstrated resilience and innovation and adapted over the last few
years.
Judges will be looking for businesses who have overcome adversity whether that us throu
gh offering a take out option to survive, creating outdoor seating or switching their entire business model. We also want to hear about how these businesses may have supported their local community and their plans for the fut
ure.

Since 1958, the business has worked to innovate and adapt – something that was crucial during the pandemic. Pathfinder created an app for suppliers, designed to help them find any information they needed – while continuing to release new designs and models. The business also created virtual showrooms, giving people the chance to visit and see products close up in a safe way. This innovation helped Pathfinder stay steady during the pandemic, with the business actually growing and taking on new staff.”
