As a family run business, we keep things pretty close. The vast majority of our talent are directly employed by Pathfinder Homes and this includes Interior Design, Photography, Sales, Chassis building and even Human Resources. We occasionally subcontract our work to trusted suppliers who we’ve used for so long, they are too part of the family. The Virtual Show project was no different.

Reggie, Our Production Manager orchestrated our team of talent to ensure completion of the homes to the highest standard and on time.
Bruce, Our hands on Managing Director facilitated and oversaw the whole project offering support, advice and assistance.
Darren, our technical manager and part time videographer! Darren did all the filming of Steve and the majority of the Virtual Tours. Fun Fact, Darren has worked for Pathfinder Homes for 21 years!
Mark, our Sales Manager was also responsible for the actual mini site. He made the whole thing work.
You’ve already met Steve, our enthusiastic Sales Executive, full of knowledge and enthusiasm. Our dedicated host has been with Pathfinder Homes for 15 years! Back when suits were padded and ties were wide, Steve was climbing his way up the ladder and learning everything there is to know about lodges, park homes and the right way.
Kelly is to the left, our Creative Manger, overseeing the project, pushing the timings and creating communication content.

Disclaimer: Nobody really escaped from quarantine, we are staying home and following government advice. Also, no members of our team were harmed during the making of the show, although I believe it was close!
