Very recently re branded and now known as Springfield Retreat, the new owners have committed to a luxurious regeneration of the mature and established park. Currently comprising of seasonal pitches, caravan accommodation, heated swimming pool, games room, children’s playground and laundry, toilet and shower blocks.
Planning permission was sought last year and recently approved to kick start the regeneration for phase one. This is the development of land for the siting of 8 luxury lodges with decking areas and associated works for holiday use.
Owners of the site Mr & Mrs. Lloyd-Jones contracted specialist lodge & park home developers Paladin Park Homes to design, plan & execute the improvements. Even despite the poor weather phase one is set to open Easter Saturday with a special preview for existing owners and those with an interest in the developments.
The day starts at 10am at the Manufacturer’s factory and invites attendees to about the homes available, experience a behind the scenes tour of production and speak to industry experts regarding upgrading, part exchange any buy to let schemes. This is then followed by a visit to Springfield Retreat to explore the brand new show home and get a taste of future plans.
