Here we are, one of the UK’s leading lodge and park home manufacturers fast approaching that time of year again! We are so excited to have announced the dates of our annual open weekend this year as the 25th and 26th November with a special trade day on Friday 24th November.
Our factory based in Bovey Tracey, Devon already operate an ‘open doors’ policy and welcome anyone who is interested in the industry to stop by, however this yearly event always brings surprises, prizes and this year, the event is set to be bigger than ever; We will not only be exhibiting the newest, show stopping model model The Evolution, we will also have four of their best selling homes on display and launching a bespoke Garden Pod!
The Evolution, The crème de la crème of our new home design. Utilising the imagination of our in house creatives, the experience of an external design house & the technical genius of the team, The Evolution was born. Incorporating modern materials & only the finest ingredients, this home is designed to offer the practicality of a bricks & mortar home with the opulence of lodge living. Featuring a fully glazed, built in snug area with wall windows and sky lights, rainfall showers and basalt grey slate exterior engineering. This home creates a genre of its very own and fiercely declines the pressure to conform to the ‘Park Home’ perception. The exterior is truly outstanding oozing extreme kerb appeal from every angle; with a smooth, maintenance free, majority finish contrasting with the grey Brick slate framing. The full length wall glass, coupled with the Bi Fold doors and glass roof offers an inviting entrance. Launched at the 2017 Lawns Extravaganza this home well & truly stole the show. Described as ‘Perfection’, ‘A Masterpiece’ and ‘Simply put, probably the best home we’ve ever seen’.
Also available for exploration during the Open Weekend here at HQ includes The Light House, another residential home with an entirely new ambience. Dressed and designed to create a perfect blend of elegance and glory, internally housing smooth finish walls, a modern feature fireplace and contemporary statement furniture. This two bedroom home boasts an equally impressive exterior, with a feature entrance, white stipple render and dark grey window frames throughout. Whilst this event marks the end of our ‘Year of Evolution’ it also marks the beginning of a brand new venture Pathfinder Homes are proud to announce we are launching their range of Garden Pods, Summer & Out House’s. This is a business venture highly anticipated with many enquiries throughout the last few months, Pathfinder Homes can now answer with the syllable desired! The Garden Room on display at the VIP event is architecturally designed to offer a sound and sustainable extension of room to any home. With their bespoke service transferring to this side of the business opportunities are endless and what’s more? This little design heaven not only offers a breath of fresh air and an innovative environment for visitors to design their new homes, brimming with new ideas and innovative equipment. Pathfinder Homes’ Selection Studio is the perfect place to be inspired, the light airy room is overlooked by the famous Haytor in Dartmoor’s National Park and is fully equipped with all the aesthetic examples, from kitchen units to soft furnishings, all to make sure that your home is exactly how you want it.
With factory tours taking place throughout the day, guests can witness the process of building a luxury park home and lodges from the very beginning. People considering purchasing a lodge or park home or visitors who have already ordered, even the just plain curious can explore the whole factory, see where ideas are devised, how bases are built, meet who fits the cladding and even see where the tools are stored!
