The Belvedere is an elegant residential home designed for luxury living. The Belvedere encourages a stress-free and quiet serenity with lots of storage and luxury. The blend of modern and traditional aesthetics, with neutral colour accents throughout, impacts mood, while gold and bold feature walls provide individuality and character.

Given the origins of the word, belvedere is the ideal term for a building with a view; it derives from two Italian words, bel, which means “beautiful,” and vedere, which means “view.” This home is designed to command a view.

The Living Space

The Kitchen with its inverted hip and vaulted ceiling provides a spacious feel… This large kitchen area is equipped with an array of integrated appliances and integral sink.

A Kitchen Island/breakfast bar takes centre stage making this the perfect space for entertaining or utilising as a practical and stylish Corian worktop. It offers inconspicuous seams and a sleek room divider from the dining space.

The dining area is located between its two customisable divider panels. These panels can be personalised to a pattern of your choice and are a great way to break up this large open planned space into an intermate and sophisticated dining area. Its large box window makes a stunning view the perfect natural backdrop to enjoy your meals. These window styles let in plenty of natural light and give you extra space to place decorations.

Its free-flowing design makes for the perfect space for socialising family and friends.

Layered lighting adds warmth and cosiness to this space, and it also gives you an opportunity to have fun with different lighting designs. Layered lighting with illuminated LED lights under the wall units, and striking linear lines with plinth and ceiling downlights are both functional and stylish, along with oversized pendant and wall lights for added drama.

The Sitting room

This well-equipped and luxuriously furnished room, with its L Shaped sofa, makes for the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long hard day.

TV screens are slimmer, bigger and more technologically advanced than ever – but appliances aren’t the most aesthetic of units to hang on the wall. The Belvederes built in media unit incorporates shelving, storage and TV unit. Creating the perfect ambience with lighting embedded into the nooks and recesses of the media unit.

Adding character and warmth to this space enclosed in this unit lies a Gotham fire focal point. Fireplaces and TVs are the central areas, combining both into a stunning bespoke unit makes a living room feel organised and decluttered.

Our large full-length windows and glazed bifold doors not only flood the room with natural light but create the illusion of space and size, making your home feel larger and also having a positive effect on mood. This is certainly a room designed to make the most of any view!

Master Suite

This room is a touch of class, from its chandelier to its walk-in wardrobe, box window and under floor heated en-suite. The bulkhead feature wall pendant lighting provides an excellent depth to the room. The en-suites designer hexagonal tiles give any surface that organic, handcrafted feel while still holding very subtle contrasts and variations.

A spacious second bedroom with its very own built-in wardrobe and spectacular gold and white geometric feature wall.

Family Bathroom

A spa-inspired bathroom – was a bit of an interior design inevitability due to bathrooms being arguably the most ritualistic room in the home. This fully fitted Bathroom, featuring a heated towel radiator, out cove shelving, under floor heating, feature marble wall and complete with a free-standing double-ended bath making it the perfect private sanctuary.
