The Floating Lodge Company, a successful partnership of local businesses have made the dream of living or holidaying on the water an incredibly accessible option. Officially formed in August 2018 by established companies with over 30 years’ experience in Lodge manufacture, sales and marina development, The Floating Lodge Company is born.
The company is a collaboration between Pathfinder Homes, Devizes Marina and Lynx Lodges. With Pathfinder Homes’ Managing Director at the helm, Lynx Lodges Sales & Finance Directors & the owner of a well-established Marina working together; future looks very bright. Bruce MacDonald stated “Pathfinder Homes are always looking for ways to diversify, innovate & move forward. When we were approached with the concept, it just seemed like the next logical step. What better way to live on the water than in a Pathfinder Home.”
With four standard models in their range, designed especially for this venture, there’s plenty of luxury to choose from. All standard designs are created to include everything you need for living afloat and naturally, in total luxury. And, in typical Pathfinder Homes fashion, you can of course, create your very own interior design!
The homes are built through the same manufacturing process as any Pathfinder Home just with a few modifications to specification. Then, transported to site and carefully craned onto its very own, private Pontoon!
The Floating Lodge Company will launch its Marine View on the 15th & 16th March at the Pathfinder Homes in Newton Abbot, Devon. Come along and be one of the first to see the Marine View on dry land!
