From humble beginnings Pathfinder Homes have successfully continued great business growth and were recently recognised for their dedication to Innovation, Inspiration & Imagination. The UK’s leading luxury lodge manufacturer has been featured in the FG75 2017 list as on of the fastest-growing companies across Devon and Cornwall!
The list, compiled by KPMG & The Western Morning News is described as ‘a snapshot of the regional economy – it shows who is leading the way and the sectors that are reaping the rewards for all the investment they have put in to innovation, identifying new markets, people and infrastructure to build their businesses.’
Pathfinder Homes climbed up the polls from 2016’s position of 27 to take an even stronger spot of 21, demonstrating their dedication to sustainable growth. Bruce MacDonald, Pathfinder Homes’ Managing Director commented “We are so immensely proud to have been recognised for the second year running as one of the fastest growing companies in the South West. Throughout the last 18 months, as a company, we have continued to evolve and adapt to current market situations, identifying gaps in the market & innovating our homes to suit. Pathfinder Homes employ around 110 people who together, build some of the most innovative, luxurious lodges in the country. Their in house team is made up of people who commute from two of the largest cities in the South West – Plymouth & Exeter and also from surrounding towns including Newton Abbot & Torquay. A combination of experienced tradesmen, administrator masters and apprentices, their Head Office is a community; a cluster of dynamic and creative units synchronising in harmony to create a distinctive product that they are so, very proud of.
