Darren has served Pathfinder Homes for almost 25 years and whilst he is a brand advocate, we are extremely proud of his success within the company and consider ourselves lucky to have him. Darren takes all of his holidays in America and is keen to share his experiences. He has his own you tube channel where he vlogs his holidays, you can find here.

Second to air, but never knowingly undersold is Reggie, our Production Manager. Reggie has worked for Pathfinder Homes for two years and is fully immersed in the Pathfinder Way. Reggie trained and worked as a Decorator for many years and worked his way up to management.

Joining us a Assistant Production Manager but quickly progressing to the top Reggie is now much more than the best decorator is Europe! As you will witness in his video, Reggie runs a tight ship and is slightly obsessed with timing, schedules and KPI’s which places him in the right position. We build our homes in a day sequence and Reggie oversees the smooth running of the entire operation. It’s a big job – but someone’s gotta’ do it!

Our very own bundle of energy Steve. Having worked with Pathfinder Homes for the last 20 years, Steve is about as dedicated as they come. Having worked his way through the company from laborer to buyer, buyer to sales Steve, dare we say, knows a thing or two about our homes. This knowledge, coupled with his cheeky, love me attitude makes him a welcomed face across holiday & residential parks alike. Watch how Steve works from home or… doesn’t?!
