Our lodge of the year, The Willow. Effortlessly stylish, architecturally brilliant and practically designed, The Willow offers natural lifestyle inspiration in every corner.
We wanted to enterprise something that not only felt different but was indeed different, in a practicality, defining lifestyle. With our headquarters based in the stunning scenery of Devon they found natural inspiration. There’s something truly ineffable about a Willow tree, gracefully flowing, dancing and animating its surrounding landscape. The presence of these towering trees inspire growth, independence, deliverance and in reality, life. And exactly that, The Willow inspires its natural surroundings and inhabitants.
Our ambition was to recreate this effortless semblance within their next home. Willow trees thrive in full sun and by creating a parallel, symmetrical, idyllic floor plan infused with sophisticated and natural furnishing, empowers our home to become a perfectly shaded sanctuary with the passion and independence to allow heaps of natural light to flood the area.
Introducing The Willow … The symmetrical, centre lounge design emphasises the focus on the living areas, maximising social, open living and promoting a character of life.
With the vaulted ceilings throughout and the horizontal parallel of large windows and french doors, the light fills the open plan, spacious living space. The large graceful table and distressed style chairs are in textbook location to enjoy the beautiful sunset on those long summer evenings.
The Lounge expresses luxury and contentment with a magnificent sofa, two armchairs, the matching coffee table and the electric wood-burning stove. This space is designed for real family time with the added treat of a built in 50″ TV and remote controlled Bluetooth iPod station.
The Willow hosts a modern, integrated kitchen with all the appliances needed for any aspiring chef or just for when cooking is a necessity! The palette of fresh yet warm colours flow through the whole open space from the kitchen units to the dining table.
The home’s symmetrical floor plan empowers it with an idyllic and applied solution to living the aspirational and highly desirable lodge lifestyle. Carefully drawn and designed to replicate the sound benefit and cosy structure of a Willow Tree – a perfectly shaded sanctuary yet, with heaps of natural light!
The Willow will be making its debut at The World of Park and Leisure Homes Show at the Stoneleigh Show Ground this June, when Pathfinder Homes return to stand M1, along with Langtoft Lakes, with their successful, welcoming and well received Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter, the UK’s Only Pop Up Park.
The exterior of this game changing exhibition is laced with an oasis of cultivating greenery. Radiant vines and wild flowers provide the perfect lens to capture the views inside this pioneering estate. The Garden Quarter provides an indefinable set for the launch of The Willow. Accompanying this highly anticipated home will be the newly launched Croft, the award winning La Belle Maison and The Devon along with the next generation of the icons found in the Tuscany and the Silkwood.
Those in the residential market will be pleasantly thrilled with the homes available for inspection within Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter. The Silkwood, a residential icon and one of Pathfinder Homes’ best-selling homes. This year the resident design team have revived and reloaded this picture perfect home and the latest edition will be available for exploration at the Stoneleigh Show.
The Silkwood is available at an incredibly competitive price and yet, asks for no compromise on the standard quality the market has come to expect from Pathfinder Homes. Still upholding its fresh, contemporary look both outside and in, the Silkwood is a peaceful, relaxing home which has been and will continue to be loved by parks across the country for many years.
The Turners Parks Group will be standing proud with the Silkwood in Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter providing visitors to the show, an opportunity to meet and discuss potential of making the residential lodge living dream a reality. Their new Twinbrook Park in Falmouth is set to be extremely sought after with its location, design and views on the South Coast of Cornwall. With 38 residential parks in attractive locations across the country, Turners Parks Group is one of the largest park home providers in the UK. Having steadily grown over the last 7 years, they specialise in creating special places residents can feel proud to call home.
The Devon, a contemporary adaptation to the luxury park home with a sophisticated, eclectic city design is a truly desired and firm favourite amongst Pathfinder Homes ‘Unique Park Home’ range. The grand ceiling and beautiful flooring of the exceptionally spacious kitchen is accentuated by the sweeping curve of the ‘fossil’ Minerva worktop. A fully equipped tower unit comprising of built-in single oven, microwave and an elegant wine cooler leaves ample storage throughout meaning hosting guests or just relaxed cooking has never been more satisfying.
The Devon is presented at the Stoneleigh Show with Berkeley Parks who have 50 parks in 21 counties and 60 years specialist experience in the residential home industry. Visitors to the show can benefit from 120 years of combined experience from the Partnership and enjoy Pathfinder Homes’ eclectic mix of traditional, classic, modern yet retro design from The Devon with Berkeley Parks’ outstanding choice of residential destinations.
As the luxury lodge manufacturer, we have really thought of everything to bring Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter to life from residential to leisure purpose built homes, but for good measure are also offering a little taste of Tuscany – ‘e una cosa bellissima’.
The Tuscany, a home taken from the Classic Lodge range holds the best aspects of the Italian region, having a light and breezy feel with a rustic kitchen and beckoning bedrooms make this home utterly desirable but in the true year of evolution – these homes would suit a small budget with exactly the same strong level of quality and superiority of all Pathfinder Homes.
Darwin Escapes will be presenting the newly refreshed and totally desirable home at the show and with 16 handpicked destinations across the country, with superb development design, this partnership is a winning formula for those looking to purchase the ultimate holiday home in a perfect setting. The Tuscany, hand in hand with Darwin Escapes, expresses holiday time where enjoyment is essential and relaxation is guaranteed.
The La Belle Maison won Ultimate Lodge of the Year at the show three years ago and returns this year with reprisal. Inspired by the quintessentially French and utterly desirable; the art of living. The whole home seems to express comfort and cosiness with glorious furnishings and enough space to accommodate the whole family. This classic design mixes a typical French home with the class of a luxury holiday chateau in the South of France, suitable for both residential and holiday locations.
The La Belle will be appearing within Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter with Kerdene and after the show will be sited at St Merryn Park situated just outside of the stunning town of Padstow with an array of amenities all clustered around the picturesque harbour. Whether you’re looking for rental potential, a quiet retreat, a holiday for all the family, or a base from which to explore Cornwall you may have just found it at St Merryn Park.
The Croft, recently debuted at the Southern Motorhome and Caravan Show in Newbury and proved to be such a huge hit, it will be reappearing with Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter this June. This bespoke new model designed and built by us especially for lodge hunters, Shared Escapes, is intended to offer buyers in the market a reasonable and comparable alternative to a larger holiday lodge.
The Croft is built as a single unit measuring at 40’ X 13’ yet offering two luxurious bedrooms, an incorporated balcony and a fully integrated kitchen. The evidence is clear that Pathfinder Homes and Shared Escapes have worked hard to make sure they really have made the most of available space and the end product is a single home great for the rental market and competes with twin models in the residential market.
If we can only be sure of one thing this year, our year of evolution is already raising standards within the market and stand M1 at the Stoneleigh Show is not to be missed. Bruce Macdonald, Managing Director added “Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter represents exactly what we stand for; Innovation, Integrity and Quality. We work to help our clients fulfil their home building dreams through a complete and comprehensive understanding of their own values, lifestyles and wishes. The Stoneleigh Show is a perfect way for us to showcase the strength of our product and our commitment to revolutionise the industry.”
