This year’s Lawns show proved to not only secure the most amount of orders for Devon based manufacturer Pathfinder Homes in their history of exhibiting at the event but also highlighted the modernisation and innovation penetrating the Lodge and Park Home industry.
Pathfinder Homes, one of the UK’s leading Park Home and Holiday Lodge manufacturer are not only renowned for their attention to detail and innovation in home design they have also been jumping hurdles and not holding anything back to be leading the industry in exhibition design. After the successful execution of their adventurous plan to create the UK’s first Pop up Holiday Park at The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show in Warwick this June, Pathfinder Homes brought ‘Pathfinder’s Garden Quarter’ to The Lawns Show this September. The showcase stunned guests to the show and with the carefully designed layout and the exclusive attractions, the stand was admired and proved extremely popular amongst the visitors.
In true British holiday tradition, champagne picnics were enjoyed, children played, politicians visited and even the show’s house brass band made an appearance performing tracks and entertaining guests throughout the day. Attractions static to the stand included a picture gallery and the first of its kind, interactive show home locator. Arbor Living also joined Pathfinder Homes at Hull over the weekend to exhibit the brand new luxury timber-framed residential development, Lakeshore, in the exclusive location of Burton Waters in Lincoln, launching the exciting and innovative development during an open day on the 26th September.
Inspired by the beautiful landscapes offered in Pathfinder Homes Head Quarters county Devon. The UK’s first Pop up Holiday Park was established as a colourful, welcoming exhibition offering guests the opportunity to relax, indulge and of course be stimulated by the potential of a luxury Park or Holiday Home.
Pathfinder Homes reported a huge spike in orders being made at the show especially throughout the special ‘trade only days’ making numerous new partnerships with parks and new developments throughout the UK, demonstrating the economy is continuing to show growth with more and more holiday and residential developments being created. Despite the often disappointing weather, visitors came out in their hundreds to experience the exhibition and enjoy a day being inspired by the surroundings in an otherwise urban setting.
A new custom lodge, The Fairway was amongst the 4 strong display of luxury Pathfinder Homes and this was the first outing it had ever made, but nervous they shouldn’t have been! Jaws dropped when visitors caught the sight of the sunk in, fully integrated, sheltered hot tub terrace. The exceptional interior design, the presciently planned layout and the stunning full glass front makes this home a sure to be classic. Designed in collaboration with Laceby Manor, this home will prove as popular with the honeymooners as with the residential market.
The Summit, made its first appearance at The Lawns since winning the Ultimate Lodge of the Year Award and captured the attention of all who visited. Charmed by its unique styling and luxurious detail.
