With the latest boom in the lodge manufacturing industry, Pathfinder Homes have welcomed a new Recruitment & Community Liaison officer, to increase recruitment efforts for their expansion. ‘The Experience Team’ is excited to appoint Sue Hember in this newly created position, responsible for not only grass root recruitment but for developing relationships with local colleges, schools, and charities; promoting a career at Pathfinder Homes.
Sue brings with her into the role 33 years’ worth of experience in teaching and as a Head of House at South Dartmoor Community College. Previous connections to Pathfinder Homes include work experience programmes and apprenticeship opportunities. Having lived in the local area with deep-rooted connections in the community, Sue is an advocate for training future generations in practical & transferable skills for career progression.
